My guide lines for Aajonus Vonderplanitz eating

 meat, fat, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, honey

 

Fruit very little ...... no fruit juice, peel citrus put whole fruit in blender.   Eat whole fruit with raw fat to slow down fruit digestion

eating much fruit, gives  manic-like energy , then drops quickly, to sleepy, fatigued , irritable, depressed,

Carrot and beet juice raise the blood sugar, to high only to drop, to sleepy, fatigued,

 irritable and depressed.  Dilute,   carrot 2oz , celery 6oz , parsley or spinach 2oz

Optimal diet. when starting , cooked,  potato,  vegetable, oats, rice, beans, soaked nuts, grains, & ,seeds  no cooked greens

 

Raw  Fruit .One piece a day
Raw  Green, or Cabbage, Salad one a day
raw
vegetable. Juice   1-4 cups, a day,  (no fruit juice)

raw meat {up to}3 lb a day (red meat, sea food, fowl)
raw  fat  {up to}  to 2  pounds a day  

(Raw cream,  Raw unsalted butter,,  Raw  unsalted  cheese )
(Raw eggs, coconut cream, avocado, oils cold pressed    96'’

Raw eggs, raw-- - cows milk-- cream-- butter-- goats  milk-- coconut cream)

Raw Honey, tea spoon to   ½ cup, a day

(raw means = Uncooked, not pasturized, not heated above 105)

Transition eating, when starting  (1 to 12 months)

body and mind don’t like changes, see what works

easy to get sick and give up

meat, milk, eggs, cheese, butter,

honey, fruit, greens

 

cook,

potatoes, oats, rice, beans, vegetables

 

soak nuts, grains, seeds, 3 days, for enzymes

What I know is true.

 To change my mind is easy I know

But my body says positively No.

 My mind musts be set in cement

My body surely moves that way

 What could possibly get me to change my mind ?

So that I could change my habits of living

 Pain, sickness, misery, disease, losing body use

realizing what I am doing is not working.

 Am I deficient in Drugs, Medicine,?

Or is my Habits Killing me.?

 Takes more than a oxymoron to figure it out

Guess I will never know
