Molina votes to give children and adults disease to protect the profits and power of the huge medical machines, government and the processed-milk industry |
One woman has consistently tried to block the way for Los Angeles kids from recovering from stunted growth because they are forced to drink chemically altered milk.
The young Mexicans, and young Blacks, particularly, are growing up, more and more, with stunted bone development because the one man, Gloria Molina, Supervisor, First District.
This strange charge was leveled against Supervisor Gloria Molina who, alone among the supervisors, has refused to allow natural milk to be sold in Los Angeles.
Gloria Molina tries to take credit for ballot initiatives that have, in obvious fact, been complete failures -- while spending his time on laws that produce nothing but more chaos, he ignores the children in his own District -- condemning them to a life of disease for lack of proper milk.

As a result of Gloria Molina, children are at risk -- getting a chemical altered form of milk that prevents absorption of calcium for their growing bones -- giving them future health problems that will probably never be traced back to one person -- Gloria Molina -- acting on false studies done by the government bureaucrats who are more interested in the dairy industry profits than children's health.
The children of Los Angeles, if they had a voice, would ask Zev how much he is paid, every year, for ignoring their nutritional needs -- kids need milk -- not the chemically altered stuff they are forced to drink in their schools and homes today.

Processed Milk Is The Deadly Poison

Many, many years ago the dairy farmer was proud of his herd, and the quality of his milk. He may not have had an opinion, even, on whether or not processed milk was dangerous to your health, but he knew that the natural milk he produced and sold was one of man's best sources of protein and calcium. Gradually he was squeezed out of business by the "cow factories" -- industrial dairies that wanted to cover up the dirty milk, the infected cows, and the sour milk. These industrial dairies were eager to heat the milk to kill the germs they introduced through their factory production technology.
When someone in the dairy industry watches the natural milk drinkers complain about the fact that natural milk is illegal, they chuckle. They can sit back, count their money, and pretend that it is the government that forces them to heat and chemically alter their milk. In fact, the truth is that the dairy factory industry has eagerly sought government control so that they don't have to worry about their dirty milk, infected cows and sour milk! So, when you see activists complaining about the horrors of current milk production, and complaining about the health damage done by drinking "milk," you must realize that these critics have no experience with natural milk -- so we can pick up their complaints, whether completely valid or not, and indicate that these charges against "milk" apply to processed milk -- and that natural milk is actually healthy and is NOT produced under the factory technology of the vast bulk of the current dairy industry. Milk is claimed, by the dairy industry, to be almost the perfect food. Click here to read a typical story about milk -- now spreading through the media. This media campaign, of course, never calls "milk" by the proper name -- "processed milk" since "processed" as a word has a negative image in America. Yet, that is what almost all milk is today -- "processed milk."

People have almost all forgotten that 60 years ago there was ONLY MILK -- and it was not processed. Today we have to use the special phrase, "natural milk" when we want to refer to milk the way man drank it for thousands of years -- the way God made it. |
The basic reason for processing milk with heat is to increase profits, not to improve health. Health claims are made to hide the true motive, but studies that are seldom seen by the public reveal the truth.

There don't appear to be any special problems in making cheese from heat-treated/stored milk, and no suggestions appear necessary to suggest changes in current make procedures. The heat treatment does not affect milk's taste nor its ability to be processed into cultured products. If, in fact, the heat-treated milk concept were adopted and we increased cottage cheese in the U.S. by 5 percent, this added yield, by itself, would be worth more than 40 million dollars. [source] |
The claim is often then made that pasteurization destroys any organism that might be found in milk because of treating the cows with hormones. This, it turns out, is false:
One of the early safety claims about rBGH was that you don't have to worry about what harm it might cause because the injected hormone is destroyed in the pasteurization process where the milk is heated to help preserve it. This was later found to be false. rBGH DOES survive pasteurization. [source]
Milk has traditionally been praised as a source of calcium for strong bones -- many years ago, when ALL milk was "natural milk" this was a very true statement. Now, however, most milk is processed milk -- meaning that it has been chemically altered to increase the profits of the dairy and milk industry -- all the while falsely claiming that these chemical alterations are made to improve health.
As shown above, the changes have all been to increase profits -- not to improve health.
So, how about calcium in processed milk?

To answer the question, yes, Pasteurized/Homogenized cow milk is NOT a good source calcium. The pasteurization cycle heats up the milk (not sure to what degree--varies depending on process) to kill the bad boogers that MAY be in the milk. This does happen but it also destroys much of the enzymes that the body needs to digest. The result? The calcium enters the body and leaves the body without ever being absorbed. [source] |
How about another view on the value of calcium in processed milk:
All nutrients, including calcium, must be in a chemical form called "cis" molecules. If a nutrient is artificially manufactured or heated above 118 degrees F. it will most likely be in a "trans" form, which is the opposite of "cis". It looks just like the "cis" form, only it is backwards in its shape. The body can only use "cis" molecules, "trans" molecules can clog up the places in your intestine where the nutrients are absorbed and prevent the goo "cis" molecules from getting in. Most calcium supplements, as well as milk and other dairy products such as cheese are heated and much of the calcium and other nutrients are rendered useless. Milk is heated, or pasteurized, in order to kill off the bad bacteria and other harmful substances. In the process, much of the good bacteria and nutrients are also destroyed. In fact, if you were to feed a baby cow pasteurized cow’s milk, it would die in two weeks. This is an animal that is designed to drink its mother’s milk. When the heating occurs it makes the milk a toxin, even to a baby cow. [source]

If we fast forward to the 1980’s, [from the 1930's when natural milk was the only kind we had] we now find an entirely different picture. For one thing, there have been numerous books written in the past decade about the dangers of dairy products -- the most influential being a book by Frank Oski, MD, the current chairman of pediatrics of Johns Hopkins University and perhaps the most influential pediatrician in this country. It’s called Don’t Drink Your Milk. In it Oski pins just about every health problem in children to the consumption of milk, everything from acute and chronic ear infections, constipation, asthma, eczema, and so on. Secondly, just about all patients I have now in their initial visit proudly announce that they have a good diet and that, specifically, they don’t eat dairy (which they pronounce with such disdain).

Since the 40’s the "qualities" of milk have been extensively studied to try to find an explanation for these dramatic changes. Studies have shown that before heating, milk is a living food rich in colloidal minerals and enzymes necessary for the absorption and utilization of the sugars, fats and minerals in the milk. For example, milk has an enzyme called phosphatase that allows the body to absorb the calcium from the milk. Lactase is an enzyme that allows for the digestion of lactose. [source]
Man has never been very good at imitating God! God made cows, and milk, that was just fine for thousands of generations -- millions of people on this planet lived healthy lives, with strong bones -- on natural milk. As man has fiddled with this milk, and "processed" it, it becomes harmful to the human body.

Better Living Through Chemically Processed Milk! |
Processed milk has been virtually the ONLY milk available for use in the United States for many years. Even in the very few places that allowed natural milk to be sold, it is now off the market. Most of the States in this Country have not had legal natural milk for decades. The processed milk which is sold, and has been sold for many years, is not thought of as "processed milk," but just as "milk." Thus, the fact that the health problems caused by this "new" milk (which is actually "processed milk") are not recognized as being new.
The old milk -- the natural milk -- that we all drank in this country 60 years ago? That milk never has caused the problems describe on this page. So, health problems caused by drinking "milk," must be more carefully recognized as being caused by drinking processed milk, not natural milk. There is hardly any way of describing the tremendous health benefit that would accrue to our nation if natural milk were again available -- so that those who drink it could demonstrate with their own, personal good health, how harmful these decades have been -- drinking processed milk. And because pasteurized milk slows down the curdling process, which is a sign of infection, bacteria like salmonella, can go undetected for longer. Ironically, pasteurization does not heat milk sufficiently to kill organisms such as typhoid, bacilli coli, tuberculosis and undulant fever, the heated milk proteins (not fat) in pasteurized milk helps raise cholesterol levels whereas raw milk does not. Natural milk, when used in studies on cats showed remarkable benefits over processed milk:
He found when cats, which he used as experimental animals, were given raw milk, they were healthy, beautifully developed, vigorous, and had excellent bone structure and thick shining coats. By contrast, the cats receiving heated milk had infections, and continuous drainage from underdeveloped chests and sinuses. They were infested by ticks, lice and intestinal parasites which raw milk fed animals did not have. Their teeth were crooked, irregular, and crowded into narrow jawbones, often protruding laterally. Their entire faces and skulls were markedly narrower and smaller, and each generation became progressively worse. Later, mineral analyses showed that the bones of raw milk fed cats contained 12-17% calcium, and of the second generation, 1/5-3% calcium. Such bones, said to be like sponge rubber, were porous and frequently fractured spontaneously. [source]
Here is another example of the health value in natural milk:
Pasteurization is an easy way to increase the chances of producing a safe product, but to imply that it guarantees safety is to dumb down the message for the public. According to Professor Paul Kindstedt from the Department of Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Vermont, pasteurization "simply reduces risk. A good argument can be made that safeguards other than pasteurization can be developed to achieve a comparable level of risk reduction. This approach has been taken by some European countries where there is a concerted effort to strike a workable balance between the public's right to the highest level of food safety and a deep cultural appreciation of raw milk cheeses." Noted nutritionist, Adelle Davis, had this to say about milk as a source of calcium:

1. Heating
causes minerals to remain partially undissolved, therefore making it
impossible for them to be deposited in the pipes through which pasteurized
milk must pass.
2. A number of
valuable enzymes, especially phosphotases, which help to mineralize bones,
are destroyed by heat.
3. Heat cause
unsaturated fatty acids that are healthy in milk to change their
composition.
4. Hormones
present in raw milk, particularly the steroid hormones from the adrenal
glands which help to prevent allergies are made useless by heat.
5. The essential

So, the conclusion of many studies results in the finding that natural milk provides considerable benefit compared to processed milk -- and all the benefits claimed for processed milk are more related to profits than health -- this is not the way to feed our kids to grow strong bones.
