Tolerance, Trust and Understanding

I don't have to tell you there are some pretty horrible conditions on this planet. The list of problems, injustices and travesties is simply endless. But it isn't just the obvious big problems of war, terrorism and crime.  It is also the everyday lack of honesty, respect, integrity and tolerance that makes even everyday life difficult and less pleasant than it could be.

Controlling behavior with the threat of punishment

Governments pass more and more laws, create more jails and build high-tech police forces and armies in order to control the behavior of its citizens and even foreign governments. The strategy is to control behavior by monitoring the activities of citizens and backing it up with the threat of punishment. Yes, in theory you'll create a society where the people will behave -- but only as long as they don't think they'll get caught!

But this strategy won't create an ethical, civilized society. In today's world of war, terrorism and weapons of mass destruction there will never be enough laws, police or military force to ensure peace and security.

Children being mis-educated into a lack of values

And the problem continues to be worsened by Hollywood and the media and even by misguided schools and overwhelmed parents as our upcoming generations are mis-educated into a lack of the values they desperately need to live happy and successful lives.

A massive re-education program

What would happen if there were a massive re-education program to instill the common sense values of The Way to Happiness in our children, the man in the street, the businessperson, the politician and all mankind?

What would happen if we had parents teaching and teachers teaching using The Way to Happiness book?

What would happen? Your world and your life would get better!

But how?

The age-old question always comes up. How do we finance a distribution and a campaign of that magnitude and keep it going so it continues to expand and does not end?

Perhaps for the first time in the history of man we have the program to truly create a massive, worldwide grassroots campaign that can accomplish all of this.

In fact we have successfully piloted this new program and have over 200 supporters participating. This program has already resulted in the distribution of over 43,000 books to Tsunami survivors, to the Middle East Peace Campaign, in several community programs -- and in hand-to-hand distributions in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Italy, Finland, Denmark, Italy and the UK! And in truth we have not heavily promoted the program because we are installing some additional software that is needed in order to administer this program while servicing 100,000 or even more supporters participating! We plan on this being huge!
