Background Of The Troescher Case
This page will be added to considerably in due course.
Suffice it to say, here and now, that "Troescher" operating as "Karl Loren" had done thousands of hours of legal research into a subject from which he is now retired. As a result of this research he wrote books and newsletters (which are NOT available for sale from him any further). He also had "clients" who know this whole story in intimate detail, and whose identity is not available. There are a variety of further details which will NOT be revealed, either in these pages, or by any inquiry made to him personally.
Nonetheless, Karl's work relating to taxes, stood to revolutionize certain areas of taxpayer interests.
Some years ago Karl Loren notified his "clients" and friends that he was retiring from his business "for personal and private reasons." There is no further explanation to be offered.
As a part of the business he had been in, Karl came to the attention of the Internal Reveue Service and they attacked with vigor! Karl represented himself in many court appearances and won on every issue he ever fought with the IRS.
Karl does NOT adovcate the non-payment of Federal Income Taxes, nor does he advocate the non-filing of tax returns.
Karl, some years ago, returned to the arena of health and wellness, and is quite happy to be researching and writing as you see the bulk of the material on this web site.
More of this background may be added, as mentioned above, in due course.
May 2002. Troescher has concluded, and published privately, that the tax system he devised many years ago became increasingly impractical, and is now virtually worthless -- not so much because of changes in actual tax laws, but because of changes in tax regulations, and particularly because of the new procedures for fighting terrorism. Foreign banks have much, much less opportunity to function as they had in 1990. While this tax system was valid and interesting in its day, it is no longer valid.
